‘Stop your political circus and focus on Malaysia Baru’
PUCHONG: Stop your political circus and power transition fairy tales, Parti Patriotik Nasional tells the government in a scathing criticism.
In a statement, the party’s protem secretary general Mohd Zulkifli Abdul Fatah said the government should instead focus on real issues plaguing the nation.
“Stop your charade and get down to business. Focus on national development, people’s welfare and youth development.
“No point talking about how the youth of the nation will take over the nation in the future when you keep neglecting their plight.
“Keep going with this charade and one day, they will form a third force and take you down. Eventually, they will change Malaysia’s geopolitical landscape once and for all,” he said.
On national politics, Zulkilfi said that the people were getting sick and tired of politicians using the race and religion card for their own selfish political ambitions.
He added that the government should also stop pointing fingers at others when something fails and own up to their own follies.
“While some are playing the blame game, the other faction is busy being yes-man to their powerful leaders. Is this what the people want? Are these the quality leaders of Malaysia Baru?” he asked.
On that note, Zulkifli said that his party was formed in order to revive patriotism among Malaysians, regardless of race and religion.
“Our party was formed as patriotism among Malaysians, especially the young ones, are beginning to fade away.
“We will revive patriotism among all Malaysians and we will not take any partisan line. Our loyalty is only for the country and the Malay rulers,” said Zulkifli.
