Viral video: Man saves child from drowning after car falls into river
A man saved a child from drowning after his car fell into the river post collision with an auto. CCTV footage of the incident has gone viral.
A car carrying five people fell into a river in Orchha town of Madhya Pradesh’s Niwari district while trying to avoid collision with an autorickshaw. The entire incident has been caught on camera while CCTV footage has revealed chilling details.
The speeding autorickshaw collided with the car on a narrow bridge over the river. As the car attempted to turn in order to avoid the collision, it fell into the river. Immediately after the accident, two men were seen attempting to climb outside the car as the vehicle landed in water. It appears that a child was present among the passengers as well.
So as to save the child from drowning, one of the men pulled the baby outside the car and threw him to the people standing on the bridge. The child, unfortunately, fell into the river moments after which one of the men at the accident site jumped into the water to save the child.
Meanwhile, all other passengers eventually climbed outside the car as the vehicle stayed on the surface of the river. The autorickshaw, in the meantime, fled the spot.
