Uniphore launches three systems that enhance users daily lives

PUCHONG: In this era of rapid technological advancement, everyone prefer to use apps or tech systems for many things; such as paying bills and sending an inquiry.

With this in mind, tech giant Uniphore had launched three products which would help businesses to improve their customers’ service and keep their customers’ experience top notch.

The three systems are auMina, akeira and amVoice.

“Our products can help sort out this problem as it attends to a customer’s call before a staff attends to them,” said Uniphore (Asia Pacific region) co-founder & president Ravi Saraogi, in a video conference. 

On auMina, Ravi said that it is a system which handles conversational automation and analytics.

“It works to analyse customer-agent conversations and aid decision making, with insights on customer sentiment,” he said.

On akiera, Ravi said that the system drives highly effective conversations, by supporting sales and customer service functions across multiple industries.

“Customer service nowadays is very challenging as there are many phone calls but there are not enough staff to attend to it. As a result, most of the customers’ issues are left unresolved. 

“And this is where akiera comes in to ease the process,” he said.

As for amVoice, Ravi said that the system helps to maintain conversational security. To make its reach wider, the system would also be able to detect all languages spoken in the world, including mixed languages.

“For example, the public can use amVoice to log in to their online bank accounts using voice detection.

“With this, people will no longer need to remember their online banking passwords. There will be no voice duplication or risk of someone entering other person’s account without the owner’s knowledge.

“This system will not allow anyone else apart from the owner to use it,” he added.

Uniphore is a Conversational AI technology company which sells software for conversational analytics, conversational assistant and conversational security.

The company has dual headquarters in the US and India.
