Sex video: Hotel Four Points insists patrons’ privacy secured

PUCHONG: Hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Sandakan has assured that the privacy of the hotel patrons is secured following concerns that there is a security breach.

“We can’t comment on the matter but the security is in place to ensure the privacy of our patrons are safeguarded,” said the hotel’s marketing and communication manager only known as Syazwani.

The hotel, has been declining to comment for the past two days, refused to say anything further claiming ‘instructions from the higher ups.’

The hotel was named by Haziq Abdul Aziz as the place where the alleged gay sex incident took place with Economic Affairs Minister, Datuk Seri Azmin Ali in a confession video that came out clips were initially released.

Azmin has denied the allegation and threatened to sue the parties who making the allegations.

The Leaders Online found that the bed frames in the hotel rooms as advertised by Four Points matched the bed frames in the video clip.

There are several tips for hotel patrons to follow to ensure their privacy remains intact.

Check the mirror in the hotel room.  If there’s a distance between the finger and the mirror, it is a normal mirror. But if the finger and the mirror image are completely close to another, it might be a double-mirror.

A phone camera can be used to trace the presence of cameras in a closed, dark room. A red light can be seen in the phone camera if there is a functioning hidden camera around. A pinhole camera without infrared sensing can be traced as its reflection can be seen on the phone screen.
