This was confirmed by the police.

Haziq is probed for having carnal intercourse against the order of nature, distribution of obscene material, intending to provoke a breach of public peace and misuse of network facilities.
Ramesh meanwhile told the press that he is in the dark over the location of his client.
“The police called me saying that Haziq was in KLIA, but when I arrived there around 7.20pm, they told me that Bukit Aman had taken him in.
“Now I am waiting for more updates from the police. I also am not sure where he has been taken,” he said when contacted by the media.
A sex video clip implicating Azmin went viral on Tuesday. This was followed by a confession video in which Haziq clarified that he was the other man in the clip. A second clip has made its rounds.
Haziq too have claimed that the incident in Sandakan was not the first time he was with the minister.
