Sanctions have held back Russia-Singapore economic ties, Putin tells PM Wong
KAZAN (Russia), June 19 — Russian President Vladimir Putin told Singapore’s Prime Minister Lawrence Wong yesterday that the potential for economic cooperation between their two countries had not been fully realised due to the impact of sanctions.
A wide range of countries have imposed sanctions on Russia over the Ukraine conflict.
