Police: CyberSecurity Malaysia has identified men in gay sex video

KUALA LUMPUR: CyberSecurity Malaysia has identified the two men featured in the viral gay sex video implicating a federal minister.
Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the police have received the report from CyberSecurity Malaysia but he declined to reveal its contents.
“We are going to discuss the matter with the Attorney Generals Chambers.
“It is for the court to decide who is captured in the video,” he told reporters today at an event in a shopping mall in Brickfields.
Recently, the police have arrested former Santubong PKR youth chief Muhammad Haziq Abdul Aziz and five others in connection with the case.
They are being investigated under Section 292A of the Penal Code for distributing obscene materials, which is punishable with up to three years imprisonment or a fine, or both.
They are also being investigated under Section 233 the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for the improper use of network facilities which carries a fine of up to RM50,000 or up to one-year imprisonment, or both.
