Pokémon Centre Singapore to reopen on July 1 with new look and exclusive merchandise

SINGAPORE, May 30 — The Pokémon Centre Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport will officially reopen on July 1, 2026, unveiling a refreshed interior, a new store symbol, and an exclusive lineup of commemorative merchandise.

The reopening marks the first major renewal of the region’s flagship Pokémon retail space since its launch. According to the official Pokémon Singapore site, the revamped store will feature a brand‑new design inspired by Singapore’s lifestyle and heritage, with a strong focus on creating an immersive experience for fans of all ages.

 Solgaleo takes centre stage

The Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo has been chosen as the new emblem of the store. A large Solgaleo figure will stand at the entrance, greeting visitors with its radiant, sun‑like mane. The Pokémon Company says the creature was selected for its “vibrant presence” and its ability to resonate with communities across Singapore.

 Exclusive merchandise in two waves

To celebrate the grand reopening, the store will release a curated range of specially designed merchandise inspired by Singapore’s culture and everyday life.

First wave: 12 new items available on 1 July

Second wave: Additional products arriving in August, including a Pikachu bag charm featuring the character enjoying a cup of kopi

Purchase limits may apply to ensure more customers have access to the new items.

Due to expected high demand, the Pokémon Centre will implement admission restrictions during the first five days of reopening. Entry will be managed through:

  • A store visit application system
  • Same‑day queue entry tickets

Further details will be released progressively via the store’s official Instagram account. The company also cautions visitors not to gather around the premises before ticket distribution times and notes that admission rules may be extended depending on crowd conditions.

With its redesigned interior, new mascot, and exclusive product lineup, the renewed Pokémon Center Singapore aims to offer a refreshed experience for both long‑time fans and newcomers. The store team says they “look forward to welcoming you all to our newly transformed space.”
