Parliament: RM14.5 billion has been repaid to PTPTN
KUALA LUMPUR, March 13: Deputy Education Minister, Teo Nie Ching, told Dewan Rakyat today that as of January 2019, RM14.5 billion has been repaid to the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN).
She said, however, the total amount should be RM20.9 billion.
“The amount repaid to PTPTN in 2018 was RM3.3 billion, whereas in 2017, RM3.9 billion was returned,” she said during question time.
