Netizens praise Nando’s waiter, Jazmi, for his excellent service
PUCHONG: Netizens praised a Nando’s waiter working at Setia City Mall, Shah Alam for offering patrons an excellent service.
A customer, with the account name of Haziq Morsim, said he and his friends had the best lunch experience at the fast food restaurant after the waiter, known as Jazmi, took their orders.
“Although I feel he is too old to work as a waiter in a busy restaurant, Jazmi showed us that age is just a number. He was friendly and took our orders in detail.
“When he served me with an appetiser, he told us that the main course will be ready soon, even though it wasn’t even 15 minutes yet. He felt we’ve been waiting longer than we should.
“After we were done with our lunch, he came to us and asked whether we had everything we ordered and enjoyed our food. And I could see that he was serving other customers the same way he served us,” Haziq said.
Another customer, with the account name MAG Faheem ,also tagged Nando’s Malaysia to share his experience and praised Jazmi.
Faheem even suggested that Jazmi should get promoted for his excellent service.
Faheem’s suggestion was supported by another another social media user, named Hafiz B.
“Jazmi should become the manager,” he said.
Another netizen, with the account name Jig, said he also shared the same warm feeling when served by Jazmi at Nando’s.
Nandos’s Malaysia responded to the users’ feedback and promised to keep up the good work.
”To Faheem, thank you for positive feedback on one of our staff. We always strive to give the best of services and experience to our customers.
“We will ensure the staff mentioned and those in charge receive this feedback,” it said.
