Low Yat Group launches new township project, Avenue 3
PUCHONG: Low Yat Group launched its lifestyle landmark Avenue 3 township at Medan Puteri Rawang worth RM54 million in Gross Development Value, contributing to 60% completion of Bandar Tasir Puteri (BTP) township.
In a statement today, Low Yat Group Group Property Development & Management Services Director Lee Kok Wah said the township is already 60% complete, with 100% occupancy to date.
“Avenue 3, which has an estimated gross development value worth RM 54 million, is a commercial space featuring units with built up sizes from 4,169 sq ft to 18,952 sq ft.
“Prices start from RM 1.6 million. The total development value of BTP has reached approximately RM 10 billion with the addition of Avenue 3,” he said.
Primed to be the next hotspot in BTP, Lee said Avenue 3 would be a great place for get- togethers, good food and entertainment options.
The new township also features shop-offices designed with a modern eye, adding that Avenue 3 is all set to be the lifestyle commercial hub at the vicinity.
Lee added that Avenue 3 is constructed with column-free layouts, designed to cater to different types of businesses.
“The architectural innovation provides flexibility, accommodating future expansion comfortably. The conventional commercial layout is transformed where it encompasses a beautiful landscape with unique appeal to create a serene and pleasant environment,” he said.
A total of 25 units of three storey and five storey lots are part of this launch. Moving on, there will be high demand for this locality as Phase 1 & 2 are fully occupied.
Due to its strategic location, Avenue 3 is very much accessible as it has direct access via LATAR Highway. The commercial development is also facing the main road frontage, providing high exposure and visibility.
“I hope this launch will encourage and attract many potential buyers to invest in this sub-urban township.

BTP aims to complete 40% of their remaining choice development properties in Rawang progressively within the next 15 to 20 years.
