Haziq can appeal against his expulsion
KUALA LUMPUR: Former Santubong PKR youth Haziq Abdullah Abd Aziz who was given the boot out by PKR can appeal against his expulsion to the party’s disciplinary board, said party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
“Yes, there is a process, so let him appeal. A member who has been expelled can appeal, but it should be directed to the disciplinary board and not to me,” Anwar said to reporters.
Prior to that he was sacked from his position as private secretary to Primary Industries Deputy Minister Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin.
Haziq was under spotlight after he revealed that he was the individual in a viralled gay sex video clip. He also claimed that the other individual is allegedly Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.
He also accused Azmin of corruption but the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission cleared Azmin’s name after conducting a probe.
