Hadi: Kimanis victory signals people’s acceptance to Muafakat Nasional
PAS would like to congratulate the BN candidate for the Kimanis by-election, Datuk Mohamad Alamin for winning the polls. It is a positive sign, signalling the nation’s growing support for the Muafakat Nasional agenda.
The victory in the Sabah by-election shows that the national unity agenda brought by Muafakat Nasional is increasingly being embracing by multiracial Malaysia, and its waves have hit the shores of Sabah and Sarawak.
Pakatan Harapan’s continued defeat in the by-elections is a sign that the people are rejecting the government’s extreme political culture and slander. It is also the people’s way of punishing the government for failing to fulfill its promises and neglecting their wellbeing.
I would like to express my gratitude to PAS members and staff who worked tirelessly during the campaign period. Let us work to fulfill our voters’ aspirations.
