EPF closes Temerloh branch temporarily due to flood situation

KUALA LUMPUR: The Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is closing its office and counters Temerloh, Pahang, beginning today until further notice following the worsening flood situation in the peninsula’s east coast region.

In a statement today, it said the temporary closure is to ensure the safety and well-being of its members and staff.

“Members who have made prior appointments with the Temerloh branch are advised to reschedule their visits to a later date when the flood situation eases.

“For urgent transactions, members may transact online via i-Akaun for selected services or visit EPF branches operating in unaffected areas,” it said.

For clarification on EPF services and transactions, members can contact the EPF contact management centre at 03-8922 6000 or refer to the EPF website at www.kwsp.gov.my.
