Covid-19: Cases climb to 3,662, death toll at 61 now

PUCHONG: Malaysia records another 179 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the total to 3,662 cases as of Sunday (April 5), says the Health Ministry.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 90 patients recovered, bringing the total to 1,005 cases.
There are 99 people being treated and 48 of them are on ventilator support.
“It is sad to say that the death toll today was 4”, Hisham said.
The total death toll in our country climbed to 61 people.
