Breaking: 3 more terror attack suspects at large
KUALA LUMPUR: Police foiled a terrorist plot to attack non-Muslim houses of worship.
In a shocking revelation today, four men linked to an Islamic State ‘wolf pack’ cell were arrested during the first week of Ramadan in connection with a plot to attack non-Muslim places of worship and entertainment centres around Kuala Lumpur. 3 more suspects have been identified to be at large.
Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador said the four were also plotting to assassinate several “high-profile” individuals accused of failing to uphold Islam and insulting the religion.
The police are attempting to locate three more members suspected of being involved in plans to attack non-Muslim places of worship. The details of the terror attack suspects are as below:
- NAME: SHAZANI BIN MAHZAN , 27 YEARS OLD, BEDONG,KEDAH

- NAME: MUHAMAD NURUL AMIN BIN AZZIZAN, 27 YEARS OLD, BEDONG, KEDAH

- FATIT TIR, INDONESIAN, BANTING, SELANGOR

Any individuals found to withholding information, being an accomplice or protecting suspects can be charged under the Section 130M Intentional Ommission to Give Information Regarding Terrorist Act, 130K Harboring Persons Committing Terrorists Act and 130L Criminal Conspiracy, Penal Code.
According to the police sources, they are under high alert to continue surveillance and to continue to monitor places such as places of worship. The public has been advised not to be panic over this development and the police also welcomes the public to come forward to assist the investigation.
