Attorney General resigns
PUCHONG: Attorney General Tan Sri Tommy Thomas resigns as Malaysia is expecting an appointment of a new Prime Minister.
Thomas was reported to have submitted his resignation letter to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Tommy was appointed to the post for a two years term by Mahathir on Jun 4 2018.
Malaysiakini reported that Tommy has confirmed his resignation when contacted.
