Ahmad Maslan charged failing to declare RM2 milln received from Najib to IRB
KUALA LUMPUR: Pontian MP Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan was charged in the Sessions Court here today with failing to declare RM2 million which he received from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and also for giving false statement to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
However, he pleaded not guilty to both the charges after they were read out to him before judge Azman Ahmad.
