SHAH ALAM: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, today advised the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to remain independent, transparent and bold and to discharge its duty without fear or favour. The Ruler said the MACC must function without
