Wrong to say affirmative action not helpful – Mahathir

NEW YORK: Malaysian prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said it was incorrect to say that affirmative action has not helped the Malays. He, however, claimed that the Malays were still far behind the Chinese community in Malaysia. “Many are
