Woman licks plane toilet seat for ‘coronavirus challenge’
NEW YORK: A TikTok user invites public outrage after uploading a coronavirus challenge video on the platform. The Daily Star reports Ava Louise, 22, shared a video of her licking a toilet bowl with coronavirus challenge captions.
The video is believed to have been filmed in an airplane and has been viewed more than two million times since it was first uploaded on Saturday.
The average netizens criticised her actions and described her as willing to do anything in order to be popular on social media.
They were also abusive with Ava’s attitude as if they were playing the infectious virus. It is also seen as insensitive as the outbreak has caused more than 6,000 deaths.
Internet users condemn Ava’s actions that are seen to fool around with issues related to COVID-19.
“No, please do not challenge the coronavirus and look foolish to lick the toilet bowl,” he said.
“Yes, ignorance still exists,” said the second netizen.
The third netizen also argued that he could not figure out what the woman really wanted. “I can’t imagine seeing this disgusting act,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ava via Twitter said it was not the worst thing she had ever done.
