Affordable housing offer from Hi-Home online expo
PETALING JAYA: Hi-Home online expo would be offering first time buyers affordable housing below the price tag of RM300,000, confirmed Hartabumi CEO Radzi Tajuddin.
“We have over 100 housing projects. Upto 50 percent affordable homes are below the price tag of RM300,000 meant for first time buyers,” he said.
There are also other benefits for the buyers purchasing homes online.
“We will calculate their affordability level, loans they can obtain and identify the property they can buy. That’s the beauty of the whole experience. This is because both developer and buyer may not know what the buyer can afford,” he said.
When asked about offline offers since there may be certain areas which may be penetrable via internet, he disagreed that there are parts of Malaysia that was not Internet penetrable.
“The mobile penetration is high, even in East Coast. There are some areas where property awareness are low. We will make our presence there every weekend. This weekend it will be in Kota Bharu, Kelantan and Alor Setar, Kedah.”
As for the property conference scheduled to be held on Thursday, Radzi said that Hartabumi is offering a buy one free one conference for 24 hours today even though the company has achieved its target of 500 delegates.
Each speaker would be speaking directly to do the audience for 10 to 15 minutes and there would not be any question and answer session.
The event would be launched by Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin and the Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman.
The findings from the conference would be presented to Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad at a later date.
