The government wants to improve public sector productivity

KUALA LUMPUR, March 12: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told Parliament today the government is stepping up efforts to improve public sector productivity through better work processes, automation and the latest technology.

He said during a question and answer session today: “A combined strategy of public sector size reduction and enhanced productivity will generate more revenue for the country.”
