PUCHONG: Seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported today, totaling the coronavirus cases recorded in the country to 36.
In a statement today, the Prime Minister Office said 14 of the cases are still receiving treatment at Sungai Buloh Hospital and Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
“All of them are receiving treatment in the isolation ward and in stable condition.
“Whereas, 22 of the COVID-19 cases reported in the country have been fully cured and discharged from the hospital,” it said.
It added that Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was satisfied with the efforts of all agencies involved in managing the coronavirus outbreak.
“Muhyiddin would also like to thank all parties involved especially front liner staffs and medical personnel,” it said.
It said Muhyiddin advised all Malaysians not to panic and take the necessary precautions outlined by the Health Ministry.
