PUTRAJAYA: The Deputy Prime Minister’s Office has never appointed an individual named Raymond Cheah as advisor to Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
“Therefore, any dealings involving this individual have nothing to do with the office of the Deputy Prime Minister or Dr Wan Azizah,” said the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office in a statement posted on Dr Wan Azizah’s Facebook page today.
The statement also said that a police report would be made because the individual had tarnished the image of the Deputy Prime Minister’s office.
The post also included a picture of the individual’s business card, which stated that he served as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister’s office.
