Motorcyclist injured after VVIP escorts force him off road

PUCHONG: In a recent development, a netizen took to Twitter to share his experience of witnessing an accident on Salak Expressway heading to the Federal Highway, as a motorist got himself injured trying to make way for a VVIP occupied vehicle and its escorts.

VVIP who uses police escort during rush hour traffic including ministers and prime ministers are idiots.

Netizens largely bemoaned ministers or anyone who abused their VVIP road privileges to ignore other drivers or road users to the extent that it puts lives in danger.

Twitter users also voiced out frustrations for having to make way for these special vehicles, adding that it sometimes causes massive traffic jams that could last for hours on the highway.
