Kimanis by-election: Mohamad named BN candidate

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Umno chief Datuk Mohamad Alamin named as Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Kimanis parliamentary by-election.

The announcement was made by Umno liaison committee chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin at a press conference at BN Command Centre today.

Mohamad, 48, was the former Bongawan state representative after he lost to Dr Daud Yusof from Parti Warisan Sabah in the 14th general election, two years ago.
