PUCHONG: What’s in the breakfast menu for the press outside Istana Negara today, courtesy of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdullah ibni Almarhum Sultan Ahmad Shah?
Well, it is chicken rice, tea and local’s favourite beverage, Milo.

The Leaders Online team on the ground was informed that Sultan Abdullah had sought Saji Malaysia and beverage maker, Nestle Malaysia’s assistance to feed media personnel outside the palace.
For the last two days, the monarch had sponsored various kinds of meals to those gathered outside Istana Negara, much to everyone’s awe and delight.

Sultan Abdullah even joined the gang outside the gates, to relish on some McDonalds French Fries.
Following the Ruler’s footsteps, the private sector had also stepped in to assist the media in anywhere they can.
Chim Doo Malaysia also provided some meals to the press today.

While food was now abundant, others such as Xiaomi Malaysia gave away free power banks to the press and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia has provided free umbrellas.
