PUCHONG: After three weeks of political turmoil leaving voters frustrated and dejected, life goes on for most Malaysian leaders.

In his Facebook account, former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad posted a picture of him enjoying his routine cycling activity around a lake in Putrajaya.

“A healthy body and stamina are important so that we can continue working and enjoy other activities,” he said.

Not to be outdone, Mahathir’s protege turned nemesis, former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak also posted a picture of him participating in a bowling tournament at Wangsawalk Mall, Wangsa Maju last weekend.

“Am I not being stylish? I’m having so much fun,” said the Pekan MP, who is facing multiple trials for the 1MDB scandal.

Meanwhile, PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Ismail welcomed the birth of their 10th grandchild yesterday.

The good news was published via Permatang Pauh MP Nurul Izzah Anwar’s Instagram account.

“My 10th grandchild. Alhamdulillah, a gift from Allah s.w.t. Papatok is happy and grateful,” said Anwar.

Former Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng attended the International Women’s Day celebration at the Air Putih constituency, Penang.
